How do we categorize this one? To our eyes the Eric Dane / Rebecca Gayheart / Kari Ann Peniche video shows three stoned naked people who just had sex or want to have sex but are too stoned to perform the act. At one point in the video, the two girls get in the tub together and appear to be sharing a joint. Here is a link to a slightly edited version of the vid. And for the ladies who want a look at Eric Dane's swang, here is a full monty still pic (definitely NSFW). A report out says the cops want to take a look at the tape. These people are actors. How exactly do the police prove it wasn't a staged publicity stunt? Are you listening Eric? That's the route I'd go.
