Jimmy Flint sued porn industry legend Larry Flint alleging his brother is trying to evict him from a building in Cincinnati where Jimmy runs a Hustler retail store. Who knew Hustler did retail? Apparently the rift between the Flint brothers is multi-generational. Earlier this year, Larry sued Jimmy's kids (i.e., his own nephews) for trademark infringement by using the family name in the porn industry. Jimmy alleges Larry is hitting at him to retaliate against the actions of his children. Larry, I know life has been rough with you stuck in that wheel chair for god know how long but, dude, lighten up. Your two nephews were born with one gift, the family name. And you wish to deny the enterprising young lads the opportunity to cash in this one asset in the porn industry? Surely your concern is not that the boys shall create bad porn thereby damaging your brand name? We're talking Hustler here, not National Geographic.
